Has anyone heard of ACN? What is it?

A friend of mine was telling me about a home based company called ACN. She says you can make thousands of dollars in this company. I have been invited to a seminar on it. Should I check it Out? What is ACN? What do they sell? She said some kind of phone service! another person told me it is a pyramid scheme, I dont know what to think??? Any advice, should I try it? Please give me some Ideas Thank you guys! Jbuddy
