i am already 23 and till now not a single girl friend........Guys give me some tips so that this valentine at least i will have someone whom i can waste my money upon

You can make friends with girls and it is important that you can't make her your girlfriend at first! When you have good friends of girls,then you can take a deep step,who you love best is your aim.You are already friends,and it is easy to see what's her attitude towards you!And next step,I think you have know!

go out and hang out around gurl...do socials,disco,pub,party ..try to make friendship with girl.go on some chat site,dating site.be gentle and show caring nature to girl.be frank with them and try to make them laugh...to make the girl laugh is key to get in there heart.last but not least..don't act like jerk with them..lolzz
