How to find your One True Love

There is a book published here in the Philippines with that title. haven't read that book yet but I will be buying it soon. I'm really curious on how can you tell if you already found your one true love? The one you forsee spending your whole life with and growing old with. Have you found him/her? How can you tell or why do you say its him/her? Please post your experiences and insights. (When i'm done with the book, i'll share it here)
