i have known this novel long ago but i read it just now. and gee, it's really cool and delighting. it's like assessing your self. it's cool that my new former housemate left this. oh well, if you could quote a line or even a "scroll" and give an insight, that would be really cool.
i loved this lines, 'scroll marked III',
--- i will persist until i succeed. i was not delivered into this world in defeat, nor does failure course in my veins. i am not a sheep waiting to be prodded by my shepherd. i am a lion and i refuse to talk, to walk, to sleep with the sheep. the slaughterhouse of failure is not my destiny. I will persist until i succeed. ---

I haven't read that in particular yet, but I have been blessed to get his books which I am reading with much enjoyment; And don't care if they are second hand; I am just glad to get them; I am about to start getting some for a friend in South Africa who would like them; I'll see how that goes. but I got the scroll book the other day and plan to read that. I am reading Mission:Success at present.

Congratulations! So u have read the "king of all inspirational books"(for me, that is!)..Do u actually live out the scrolls? I would like to, but, it seems too difficult to follow..but my 3 fave scrolls are 4(I am nature's greatest miracle..w'c makes me feel that I am really unique from everyone & that I'm very special and treasured by God), 8(I will multiply my value a hundredfold..the most inspiring of the scrolls!), & 9(I will act now..truly I can realize my value thru my actions, I can't achieve anything in life if I am timid or lazy)..Actually I have also read salesman part II, end of the story..here Hafid embarks on a new career - the oratory or public speaking..he traveled from place to place to talk to a multitude of people to inspire them, to convince them that it is possible to achieve prosperity, by setting himself as a living example..he also produced the "10 vows of success," which is a combination of the 10 scrolls in part I and the experiences he gained in life..Well I hope u get to read this sequel, but I think the predecessor is much more soul-uplifting..& since u like inspirational books..I would like to recommend Simple Living for Teens...
