A waste of money unless you really need a new feature.
It is a nightmare for drivers for old kit like modems and routers. Many manufacturers don't support it yet.
So if you plan to go the Vista route, be prepared to get a new PC (min 1Gb RAM) and at least a 128Mb graphics card, plus a new modem and/or router.
