Bird flu what's the risk?

Well we've all heard bird flu has broke out again.But what happens about people working with birds if working in asda on the hot chickens but prepare them from raw is there a risk to us?and what will be done if it gets to bad?

Well for one bernard matthews will have to be destroyed and the government should have had steps put in place for this event, but our british government couldn't organize a piss up in a brewery.
