Ever heard of Philippines??

I am working in a call center in Philippines, in Alabang to be exact. We give customer service to Americans. Some Americans have this habit of asking "Where are you located?", good thing we can answer them honestly with "We're located in Philippines."; unfortunately they don't know where Philippines is. Philippines is a beautiful country, I hope one day a third world country like Philippines will be known to the world. National election is coming again, the future of the Philippines is at stake again!

yesterday I dont have work. It's my day off. Today I have... It's so frustrating though. But it's fun. It's exciting working in call center.

guys, dont be upset if americans has no idea whee the philippines is.
ive been around foreigners who are actually aware of the philippines so it kind of disappoint me when i hear foreigners on the phone that has no idea where the philippines is.
it just happens that not all people are good in geography. be proud that YOU ARE!!!

yes chronic. I live in the Philippines. Our country is such a nice place but not so popular with the rest of the world. But not really bad at all, we see many tourists coming to our place. In time, the world will recognize the beautiful archipelago of Southeast Asia and that is our dear PHILIPPINES!

Well, 99% of my customers always know where the Philippines is. Maybe it's because whenever they ask where I live I always answer "I'm here in manila.." and that's the time they'll say "Oh, the Philippines?"

I don't know where the Philippines is but I am not good with where any place is . I am lucky I know where I live lol .
I do have a niece though and her dad is from the Philippines and she would like to go visit there some day when she is older .

It's really nice here. We've got nice beaches, natural views. I hope some people notice that.
