46 Nations Back New Environmental Body.

Was reading this article about a new international environmental body that is forming. I know global warming is a vitally important issue to our future, but is this how we try to solve the problem. Found another worthless and pwerless international organizing body. Seems like a bad idea to me.

This thing about global warming, the environment threatened and ozone layer depletion and destruction will never get enough attention no matter how much we cry about them unless, the big countries - the giants about us, will start to cry in pain. Action will only be taken regarding these issues when the giants will feel hurting.
