it really irritaes me when i get a call from a billing company and i cant understand a word they are saying because they have not taken the time to learn our language yet they want to live here among us.and whats more irritating is that these companies hire these immigrants for less than minimum wage therefor screwing us americans out of a job...and of course we americans need better paying jobs because we refusse to live 12-15 ppl in one house,.

What irritates me the most is not being able to understand what someone is saying because of their accent. I know that a lot of companies have outsourced their customer service departments to overseas companies, and many times I cannot understand someone. I simply ask to speak to someone who speaks better English so that I can understand what they're saying. Sometimes they hang up on me, and that's a company that will never, ever get another call from me. If the person refuses to put anyone else on the line, then I simply hang up. But I do write a letter to those companies and let them know how I feel about their "customer service".
