They say patience is a virtue. I believe I am a very patient man and is capable of extreme restraint. But sometimes it gets too much and I have to blow one way or the other. Not by being violent but by other positive means like exercising or writing. So, how patient are you and what really ticks you off?

Not very patient at all these days, not with adults anyway. I can't stand over bearing pushy people. They just drive me nuts!

My brother used to tell me that.I really admire his patience. He's such a sweet man.I just wish I could be as patient as him because i'm really not very patient. But I try to be.Whenever I'm angry I just keep quiet for awhile to avoid blowing up.What really ticks me off is bad attitude.I can't stand people who acts real bossy and arrogant.

I have developed patience. Patience takes practice. The best way to achieve patience is to think about something else, walk away before you say something you don't mean or want to say or to step aside and breathe deeply. What really bugs me is RUDE people.
