not only was the Nazarine an old soul who would never stay long on this earth, (never did, never will) but he was the greatest practitioner of the craft we have ever seen, blessed be. He touches eath every few thousand years to see how far we have progressed, not far was his conclusion last time, must try harder was his assessment of us

I can't believe you are making a mockery of the life of Jesus! Of course He succeeded in His mission in more ways than you would ever know!I think you should read the story again and than watch the movie The Passion of Christ, maybe then you will understand.

Jesus came to earth because he loves us. He came to deliver truth to a world of false beliefs. The main reason was the final sacrafice for our sins.
His love prompted him to become a man to accomplish, What only he could, to rescue mankind. Because we are sinful, in a spiritually wrecked condition we are in need of redemption but could not redeem ourselves.
John 6:38-40
"For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me."
"And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day."
"And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have ever lasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day."
With this passage, I think it speaks for it's self, the reason he has came down is at the begining of this post.
Do I think he succeeded in his Mission, I believe he has, but for others who do not know he say's it in the verse "Every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have ever lasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day."

Jesus came to teach us to love and to forgive and most importantly, to die in our place for our sins. Did he succeed in His mission? Yes! Will everyone be saved? Unfortunately no. There are many people out there who choose to live their lives their own way...comfortable in their sins which is foolish because the day will come when they will totally regret the decision of turning their backs on God.
Give your life to Jesus Christ and know that He is with you always and that you have the Promise of Eternal Life.

he came to become a sacrifice for mens sin!
in the old days the jews used to sacrifice a lamb as a sin offering jesus himself replaced that lamb by sacrificing himself to atone for ALL sin Yes he succeeded for we now can accept this as a gift and be forgiven !
