I watched the movie The Notebook (which I highly recommend) and I felt sad afterwards. It had a beautiful ending. I'm one of those people who dreams of a love like the ones in the movies, books, songs, poems, or maybe a love even better than all of them put together. Ever since I was little, I wanted a prince to take me away one his noble white steed to his hugs castle in the sky. I fell in love once, then my heart was broken. I fell in love again, but found out it was not true love but just a temporary blindfold for my past pain of first love. Then I fell in love one again just recently, yet it turned out to be just a crush that still puts my heart in pain when I see him with his girlfriend. I'm tired. Sometimes I feel like giving up in love. Maybe it was never meant for me. The pain just seems unbearable when you envy the actors in those movies. But then I realize that there are real love stories like in The Notebook. I know my heart well enough that I won't give up. How has the search in love affected you?
