I used to do this several years ago, but then I quit. I have not tanned for years. Yes, I know it is not good for the skin, but that aside, do you do it? Do you like the way it makes you looks and feel? Should I sign up for 10 sessions as a mid winter boost?

I think it's very bad for you to get too much tanning. So no don't get one... Just get some fresh air and some natural sunlight.

I used to love the tanning beds but I got worried about skin cancer , I have seen people with the spray on tans ( you can bye the kits and do it yourself)I think people look and feel more attractive with a tan though xx

I would have to say no because I was told the tanning beds is just like laying out in the sun and the sun is not good for you. So I will have to leave it up to you.

I think it's a good wintertime pick me up. I know it's not good for you, but I really don't see much of a problem with it if it's done in small doses. Also, you should always be careful not to push your body, dont make yourself burn. I always love going at the start of spring, it's like a ritual that lets me know it's that time of year.

Yes, I feel that way too. It is good if done in moderation. Thank you for your input!
