Are mobile phones making u "forgetful"??

Hahhahh ... it really make me laugh on this posting of yours. Its true that mobile phone do make us forget about the numbers that we store in memory for convenience. Plus, my brain just couldn't remember numbers very well though. To store every thing in your mobile is really a convenient thing to do as you can't leave home without your mobile. But it can be very dangerous too. Just couldn't imagine if you lost your phone,its like losing your personal details. If to say that it make you lazy, not for me ...hee hehhe...it just help me to be forgetful on all those numbers store but it remind me of the birthdays of all my love ones...conclusion you lose one, you gain one.

hmm.. i've been forgetful even without my mobile phone. so i'm not really sure with this. but yeah i think mobile phones have taught us not to remember phone numbers I guess because we don't really have to. because there's a phone memory for that. :)

The only thing I heard about cell phones is that it causes cancer but how true it is I really dont know.I think I am just plain lazy not from cell phones.

LOL yeah I got the same problem, I can remember a lot of "old" numbers, but all the new numbers for my friends I've never really even looked at. I just look them up in my phone and dial.

You're right!! I've never realized this before. I still remember a few numbers from when I was a whole lot younger, most of them landlines. Back then, cellphones were luxury items so I couldn't afford one. Now, I use it to remind myself people's birthdays, important dates etc and no, I definitely do not memorize numbers anymore. My cellphone does that for me. It's like an external drive for my brain haha

Lazy?..no but forgetful of phone number YES. I only use my mobile phone for all my contacts no. but not other issues coz i still use the old tradition way of having a diary :)
