Do you worry about the type of food you feed your baby?

I have a ten month old son. I have friends with children of similiar ages and I seem to be the only one that is concerned with the quality of the foods he eats.
So far he is a vegetarian and we try to feed him only organic foods. I would like him to continue being a vegetarian and have even considered going vegan, but I'm not sure I can do it. We have cut back on our meat eating a lot and have only been buying free-range, organic meats.
I am very concerned with the treatment of animals, the chemicals in our foods, etc. Is anyone else struggling with these issues?

I don't have children yet, but yes I would of course think about what kind of food it fed them.

Good to hear. It seems like so many people feed their kids crap and never give it a second thought.

My son will eat anything. Right now its not much of a concern just as long as he is healthy.

My son will eat anything too. We must be lucky. :)
However, I do think there should be some concern about the foods we are feeding them. You don't worry about hormones, chemicals and ingredient lists full of stuff you can't identify?
I just wonder what all this stuff is and how does it affect your health later on down the road.
