I am chinese and my family belives in feng shui so much that I still awake now because my mom wants me to help her do something. According to one of my auntie who seeks advice from a feng shui master, today there will be some hours where if we stick a red paper with the word "chun" on it, cut it into diamond shape, and then stick the red diamond shape paper with this chinese word onto the drawer where we keep our money inside. Then we can earn more money.
If you ask me do I believe in this, I can tell you that I do believe in it, and I am going to do this myself too.

My house is on the market to be sold so I have put some chinese coins under the door mat at the front door. This encourages money into the house. So far we have had a lot people come through our house.

I don't actually believe in it.I am more on the curious side as to what may happen if I do it. It is said that the aim of feng shui is to get the maximum benefit of the life energy knows as Qi.Personally I have read and tried to apply the Black Hat Sect feng shui. I already placed metal chimes in the helpful people area of my home. The Black Hat Sect is easier to understand than the conventional ones (the ones that used compass). The Black HAt Sect feng shui gives far more doable advices and "cures" on the areas of your life that you need to improve. Read more about the Black Hat Sect here: www.windandwateronline.com/bagua.htm

I don't know if I believe it rather than open minded to it! I wish I could learn more about it... I am looking online for more info and the basic elements of it. :) I am open to learning more too. We do a few things in our house...

Nope, it's like astrology for furniture. I don't think my life will get improved by re-arranging my couch...

No offense to anyone, but I dont really believe in Feng Shui. Its not that Im saying thats bullshit or anything, no, its just that I found it not really working for me. I have my religion, I have my God, and He is who I believe in. But I guess the theory is more or less the same, because in feng shui you have to do something to gain something right.. such as the red paper to earn more money.. it is the same thing in my religion more or less.. its like I have to believe in God, I have to have faith in Him, I have to follow His will, and everything I do I should do it to glorify His name, and what He did in return? He will bless me with many things, even things that I never even thought about, things that never even crossed my mind. But a slight difference to Feng Shui, God gives us the blessing first (the money, health etc2) before I even do His will. In anything, you have to believe it, for something to happen, that is called to have faith. The same is with my religion or Feng Shui, you have to have faith, you ahve to believe that it can happen. Again, all of this, is just my own personal opinion, and no intention of offensing anyone :)

No. But my mom believes in it also. She wants all thing be located in their proper area where the feng shui says. She also wants our house to have a good aura to our visitors. It's like everything is running around on feng shui. Even my father was getting mad at her because of that. Me and my sister really think it was funny.
