Credit cards, loans and other types of credit make managing your money easier and can be especially useful during emergencies. Credit makes it easier to pay for large expenses such as appliances and furnitures while mortgage makes purchasing real estate more affordable.
But credit is also a big responsibility. When used improperly it can disrupt your future cash flow and cause you other problems. The more you know about credit the more likely you will use this power tool wisely.
What do you think about credit cards?

In my opinion, credit cards are useful to those who know how to use them. In my case, it doesn't really work because I tend to abuse it. I'm a compulsive buyer so it's just so easy for me to spend on useless commodities. When the bills keep on piling up, I could even end up in debt! My sister knows how to use her credit cards. She uses them on making big purchases that will be useful over time. She also gets big discounts from establishments from using her credit card. Thus, it really depends on the user.
