Me and my boss will finally talk about my contract, the initial terms that was originally stated there was the worst contract that I have ever seen. Low pay, long hours and 3 months termination notice. If I sign this, I'm stuck here forever, no company will ever hire me because they will wait for 3 months before I can start working. If I dont sign it I may only have week to go before I become jobless. What a life!

I think you should sign it. It is absolutely better than become jobless. Actually there's another solution. You can try to invest some money into an online business. If you are able to earn money from it, you can even quit your current job and work on the business full time. I can give you suggestions if you want to. As I'm working on an online business too.
