with 66,000 mylot members, how can they manage us?

i cant stop myself thinking how mylot admin manage us.
i have some questions in mind:
how come they can pay us here with posting? are we their search engine for ideas too?
are there advertisers to fund mylot?
i wonder how they can investigate & get track of each of our responses having 66,000+++ members?(and growing) so they have a thousand more staffs to look-over us? or isnt it just a software? but then how can they know if its a quality post or not? hmmmm..
i have nothing against mylot. actually its so helpful & fun. im just curious. any of you feels the same?

I have been watching lately how quickly people appear to be joining Mylot. The earnings thing must be some computer program that does the bulk of the earnings analysis. I received an email from them that I had contacted them 3 weeks ago with a problem. It was fixed and yet they did not that it was fine and I had been earning and learning. Go figure. It is amazing that anything is done and the glitches surprise me. The mail here only works now and then. So new and improved is not necessarily better when there are some things that they really should address.

Now, that's a good question shangsyndrome. i have the same question in mind too. I think there are moderators who look after our posts. And the earning system-- i really don't think i know now. Probably a software or a program. Who knows!
