How much do u like to keep Memory in Your PC?

Yup, I think 160GB memory can't be maintain by Windows XP. Don't know if Vista can do that. For memory, I think I would like to have 2GB. That's enough to run all my program I needed.

i have 256 memeory of static ram but i would like to update my whole system in a couple of months

i hav 40 gb but want to keep 120 gb

I think that you are telling about hard disk space .This is 80 GB in mine .This is enough for my current work .If needed then it can be upgraded .While upgrading this to 160 gb is nice idea .Please specify that what type of memory are you writing above .

RAM- I currently have 4 gig ddr2 pc 6400 installed. That the max allowed by my sli mobo.

As for RandomAccessMemory i would want to have about 2GB for next 3 years and for later years X2 more. At the moment i have 1GB and it's enough,i don't complain. And for ConstantMemory it will be enough 250GB for me for next year and 1TB in later 2 years. At the moment i have 80GB on laptop - no complains. "The more human gets - the more he wants"

well my dream is above 2 GB ! but currently i am having 256 only !

I you are saying about RAM then I will like to keep maximum available and whatever my motherboard will support.If you are saying about Harddiask memory tem I will like it to be some thing like 5000GB so that I can store all the movies on one disk.

I wold like to install 1Gb ram but i dont think it will work on my pc as its old so i would try 512 MB instead of 1GB.

lets see 200 gb of ram n 1 terabyte of rom will do for all my software n movies
