you see we are bound with diversities of culture and each of us is unique from the other.my freind has a low self-esteem ,she viewed herself negatively .she does'nt even want to socialize for fear of criticism and neglect of peers and the community as well

i also feel the same(low esteem) esp when i hear my mom says that only my sister have a lot like her. :(
