is it possible to close paypal account? if yes then how?

If you have any outstanding or recent transactions with them they won't let you close your account for so many days. Not sure why. But other than that you should be able to close it down as one of the other posts said. xxx

Yes it is possible . U must sign in to Paypal then In Account information ..u find an option like Delete account.

I think you just email them. It'll be in the terms of service, anyway, required by law. Should be in FAQ, too. There's no basis for a continuing account if you don't want one. You have the right to choose who you do business with.
