Started just last week, here in Davao. It can be quite frustating and you can really lose your cool especially when you seem to have called in during one of their moods. Still, it's a good challenge for my emotional responsiveness, not one I see doing in the next couple of years though.

Yeah, it's general knowledge anyway, that that's one of those risks that you have to accept that comes with the job. The reasonable paycheck is probably every call center agents motivation, if not, certainly one of the main reasons. But, like I said, it's still not something that I see doing in the long run.

Hi chanokage. You might want to try Dell in Eastwood. It's a great company cos you'll be a direct hire from Dell US. The compensation is great and the benefits are wow. My husband recently transferred there and he's actually looking for people to refer for employment. If you're interested, you may leave me a message here at myLot or at my site www.clarissederica.tk Thanks. GOD Bless.

Just a tip, before applying to any company, try to review the background of your preferred company. During the interview, just relax. Don't be nervous. If you don't have the American accent, just use your normal way of speaking. Be yourself. Be alert.

No, I don't work in a call center. I wanted to, but I guess I am not qualified for the said position. Last year, I have tried to apply for a call center representative position but unfortunately, I failed. I need more trainings before I could pass the interview. I have some friends who works as such, and it's true, they do receive much more earnings. I wonder when would I be like them.

It's my first time in the call center industry. I'm in a call center for the past 7 months now. But I'm not an agent. I'm working in the corporate side of the call center. :)

I used to work at AIG Call Center as a Customer Service Associate. Call centers were not as predominant then as they are now. So I could say that I'm one of those call center pioneers. It was during that time I wasn't sure whether I'd take up Law or Medicine after college so I applied there. I stayed there for a year and a half, until that time I got sick of talking to people over the phone. It sort of became monotonous for me. I went to medical school after. I am now married to a call center guy. He just recently transferred to Dell in Eastwood as a Technical Support Senior Assistant. He used to work in Link2Support and Sitel also in Eastwood.
