we require to draw up an agreement between a restaurant and a live music band laying out the terms of their "contract" to perform at the restaurant on just two specific days at the end of 2006. The agreement should cover dates, times, place, format of the entertainment, deposits and final payments, penalty for non-performance (whatever reason)
