Ways to cook with Pineapple

I'm a big fan of pineapples.. we're talking, I go through one a week.
In the summer, I love grilling pineapples on the BBQ and throwing them on Teriyaki burgers. I also just enjoy eating pineapple by itself.
does anyone else have any delicious ways of eating the magical fruit?
