I have always thought that splinter cell would make a great movie! Just think 24, with a stealthy background. I had read about George Clooney possibly accepting the role, but I think that would be depressing. He is a little bit too, I don't know, he just doesn't seem right. I wonder if maybe Micheal Ironside. He voices Sam in the game and seems to be the right build. Let me think on this a while.

clooney....
i don't know, he's a little too charming to be sam fisher,
and see, i didn't know about who had voiced fisher,
i learn somethin new at my lot everyday.
But michael ironside is a bit too old to be sam fisher now.
maybe 20 years ago, but not now.
wouldn't you agreee....

We remember Batman and Robin, right? Clooney is not dark or sneaky. He just can't do it.
How about Micheal Biehn? He was in Aliens, Terminator, The Rock.

Absolutely! That will be a great movie. =) I also wish that a movie based on Syphono Filter, Metal Gear Solid or Max payne gets produced soon. They are great games that is cut for the bigscreen. =)

There's an MGS movie in the works, and someone's bought the rights for Halo. Personally, I think Splinter Cell would make a better movie than MGS. MGS is my favorite game, but I don't think it would translate into a movie. But, I digress.
I could go with a younger Bruce Willis, but right now...probably not. The 24 guy maybe?

yes i think the character of sam fisher should be brought to the screeen because people must realise the difficulty an undercover agent faces in saving the whole world

Well, Sam Fisher, the man almost like a ghost, possessing tremendous power and flexibility. It is really hard to find somebody to play this man's role if Splinter Cell be ever be thought of to bring up in the big screen. I hav thought of it for long and really find nobody to fit in his boots. So why not leave this character to the very place where his origin lies, in games. I love this character very much, and afraid that the myth, the suspense involving him may be massacarred if the movie of Splinter Cell fail to meet the expectations

I love all of the Splinter Cell games and I have the first four on X-box and I have beaten them several times.I think they should make a Splinter Cell movie,in fact I have heard that there is one scheduled for 2010,does anyone know if this is true or not?As for who I think should play Sam Fisher,my money would be on either George Clooney, because he has the looks I think to pull off Sam Fisher,or Chuck Norris, because of his role in Walker Texas Ranger,I think he would be able to do the stealth attacks and such, since he performed alot of those on the show. What do you think? Even though I think the movie would be better,if instead of making it into a non animated movie, they made it animated,so that way the dude who does the voice of Sam Fisher in the games, could still do the voice of Sam Fisher, and then that way Splinter Cell fans,Like me,would be able to relate more to the movie, then we will be able to since they are making it as a not animated movie.Do you think it would be better as an animated movie or as a non animated movie? I hope they are making a Splinter Cell movie, and no matter what,I know it will rock, and If they do make a Splinter Cell movie,im gonna make sure I go see it in theaters.
