What would you, if your boss thinks poorly of you despite you trying your best?

What would you do, if your boss thinks lowly of you despite you trying your best at work. Even though, you've tried your hardest, it just seems that sometimes you aren't quite meeting the deadline while some of the other colleagues are able to meet it. Quitting is not an option as I have to serve out another 2 years on the bond with this company.

Looks like you are not up to the job but your boss is letting you persevere. Good for him.
A time will come when the boss will have to move you to a different job if he can't fire you.
Who sweeps the floors at the moment? haha
