Do you like Sesame Street and Popeye?

I used to watched these cartoon programs when I was a little girl, with my siblings. Sesame street, where I learned a lot of English terms and helped me to count numbers in fun. I like Bert and Ernie, and Cookiemonster too. We also enjoy Popeye very much, even when I have the chance to watch it nowadays I take the time. I think Popeye will be my all-time favourite. How about you guys, do you remember your favourite childhood cartoon programs? What are they? And who's your favourite characters?

I also grew up watching Sesame Street and Popeye the sailor man ... toot toot ... LOL! The kids still watch Popeye and they love it just as i did unfortunately i never seem to see Sesame Street on anymore!

It's sad they had to stop airing it as often as it was before. Very entertaining and educational. I would rather let my children watch it than any other cartoon programs of today, with Popeye of course and the other series of "Merry Melodies".

Oh Popeye I haven't hear of him for years, I used to love Popeye, I used to like Archie and Jughead when I was little....I wish they would bring them all back...

Yeah, we're the same. Somehow our local tv channels here brings Popeye and other Merry Melodies series. I just love to laugh like an exciting child. I love reading those comic books of Archie and Jughead, you just reminded me of them. I couldn't keep myself from smiling now.
