Does mylot respond to messages?

I sent a message to mylot contactus. I am unable to logout of this site and some of my friends have not been able to register and login. Some invalid error appears. SO far there has been no response. Does mylot even read these messages?

Yaeh they do, I've gotten a response from them, but it takes a few days, they probably get a lot of mails every day from their 65,000 members.

Guess I better have the patience....I should have thought about how many messages they have to respond to...so I will wait and hopefully I get a positive response to this problem. Are any others here having this problem? If this is not solved, no use to hope for referral earnings on my side.
