Who is moderating the posts here?

I'm just wondering if there are moderators who read all the posts here that decide whether your posts are quality posts or crap? I wouldn't think that any automated program could decide if your posts are good quality or poor. I'm a bit new here, so I'm just trying to figure out how all this works.

Even I thought of this. I think they have some software with special context matching algorithm that decides the quality and weightage of the posts. But also there is self moderation due to the fear of getting negative ratings and losing stars. That is the real moderation, I think.

Thanks for your response. I don't think the ratings thing should affect your earnings, because someone you may have disagreed with on something could go through all your posts and give you bad ratings just out of spite. I have seen this happen on Yahoo! Answers.
You may be right about the context matching algorithm software. But I still don't see how that would work. I mean really...one would need an actual human brain to decide whether a post is worthy of more earnings than the next guy. Don't you think?
Some other questions I have are:
If you post a thread and people reply, do you get extra pay for a lot of replies? If so, how much more?
And if you pick someone for best response, do they get extra money for that?

The MYLOT system is somewhat of a mystery. There are no set earnings per post. My understanding is that most people who start a discussion rate the comments given with a + or a -.
It does leave the door open for people to give you a - rating if they disagree with your earnings. You can also rate reponses of people as well on any discussion.
The quality of the post is basically determined by MYLOT users. There are quite a few MYLOTTERS who report people who are abusing the system.
