do u brush your teeth everynight before going to bed??

i never brushed my teeth before going to bed at the night.....bcoz of which my tooth started turning yellow n it pain n i had to go to a dentist who prescribed me some medicines n asked me to brush my teeth two times a day...once in morning as usual n once in night before going to bed...n i m following it since last many days n really its working. if u also have some problems then i would say that u should also brush twice...do u brush ur teeth every night??..
