Mobile Artist

What do you think about an artist that is mobile? Is it ok for an artist to use all disposable parts? Does this replace the need to use autoclaves and exspensive steilization equipment.

I wouldn't get tattooed anywhere that didn't use an autoclave. Is it even legal *not* to use them?
