Soups...... do u like it?

hey anybody there liking soups ..i like it very much. if anybody there who knows the recipe making stocks(both veg & non-veg) & how to make mushroom soup?

I love beef soup. The one which is cooked very simply. Get a kettle half filled with water, place the beef and seasonings (garlic, tomatoes, redbell pepper, onions) in, bring to a fast boil. Keep boiling until beef is tender, add suitable vegetables and salt to taste.
