How many cups of Coffee?

How many cups of coffee does it normally take you until you get motivated in the mornings?
It takes me one on some mornings, more on some, and there are some mornings that I don't even need a cup of coffee to get motivated.
I would like to hear your feedback on this subject!

i usually takes two of coffee per day but my friend so eager in drinking at any time.. wen we go out he will be in the tea shop to drink is favourite hot drink toooooo..

Thank you for your response! I get hot drinks in resturants only when I am really cold but my grandpa is like your friend.
