i was born into a god-fearing family who is very vocal about their beliefs. so as a child i was bombarded with these theories on rupture and the second coming of christ. and all the signs coming true. its not that i got tired of listening to it all the time, but when i grew up i just stopped thinking about it and stopped worrying that the time is near. i made up my mind to just live my life as best as i could and believe that god loves me enough to take me with him when the time does come. you are asking if the time is near. and my answer is "i have no idea." but i am hoping for the best.

I don't think the rapture or end times are going to be anything like what most people think they are. I think a lot of the events mentioned in the book of Revelation is going to be so disguised that only those close to God will recognize them. And, even then, it will be difficult.

The time is a lot closer than people really seem to think it is. No one really knows the time nor the hr. but it is coming. Any Bible believer, should just read the Book of Revelations and see how it pertains to today, and know it is getting close.
