Are your bosses hypocritical

Do your bosses hold you to higher standards than you. Do you see your bosses cheating the system or taking advantage of their position and throw the book at you when you need time off.

Bosses are employees of someone, just like us the employees. They also take orders and have obligations to fulfill therefore of course now and then they cheat. Some bosses don't cheat too often or smart enough to cheat when no one knows, but they do cheat. That's why I choose to be self employed, why let them take the credit when the achievement is purely yours? Might as well employ yourself and gain reward for your own achievements
