Do you have fears?

Everybody is a fraid of something. But some of us are more frightened by a thing than others. Whats your fear? Have you tried to understand it and to make it dissapear?

I am afraid of spiders, and I am also very claustrophobic.

I try breathing deeply, and making an effort to stay calm. Sometimes I shut my eyes. It never goes away completely. I get nervous in large crowds and small spaces.

I am afriad of heights. Espically on a ladder. I get really nervous up high on a ladder. Espically the big yellow ones at Walmart that you use to hang sings.
