My lab smells so bad. Her breath and her body. But my Collie doesn't smell at all. They are both the same age. I have tried the teeth brushing thing and that didn't help. I have tried the mint bones. I have givin her a bath and nothing helps her smell. It drives me nuts.

Maybe it's the lab's oily skin/coat?
It might be attracting more odors and grime.
Since they have a different kind of skin and coat than a collie maybe the vet can suggest a specific shampoo, or else check out the shampoos at the store that are for oily coats.
As far as bad breath? Maybe the lab likes to chew on yucky dog things more than the collie? Or else it may have an upset tummy, poor digestion. Once again, next time you go to the vet bring up these problems.
Hope this helps you a little.
