Why members not interested to discuss the political matters on my lot

I am observing that on mylot the members discuss day to day daily matters and even if any member touches any international or national poilitical matters the response is poor. Is it reflect that the mylot members are not having any knowledge on political matters or is it believe that political discussion are nothing but waste of time.

its might be because most of the members here are ladies and youngsters and they are more interested in day to day matters, and least interested in politics, u will find here they even discuss how they lost their dog or cat, and what food their dog eats!!!!!
but there are few member who are really interested in serious matters and discuss so.

the number of responds depends on how many friends you have and if do you respond to their discussions. if you have a large friends list and respond to them actively they too will respond to you. trust me its a tough job.

maybe you haven't noticed, some of mylot members were and are still discussing politics quite a lot! Please widen your horizon and refer to point of interests. there was even an ongoing discuaaion about hilarry clinton's candidacy as US Oresident. Political discussion is one of the topic of discussion here and you are always wlecome. its not a waste of time and many members are knowledgeable on the topic
