Ontario wants to implement deadbeat dad website.

What do you think about this one? In Ontario Canada, they want to implement a website which will show names and faces of deadbeat parents (I think they had it geared toward deadbeat dads, but im sure it will be both) so that way people can find them, find out how much these people owe, and stay away from them (incase someone was chasing after them, etc) I personally think this is a good idea - especially for those deadbeat parents who walk away from their kids, and continue to have even more kids they can't support. What are your thoughts?
