how can we put google ads on the blogger ?

i was trying to put some ads on my blogger ,but i didnt get any mail from google ads after the verification , what all other ads agencies are there they can pay us ?

good question cos that is exactly what i want to do this week..start my blog and start earning on it too..like pigs can fly lol..but anything goes..

My intention is same , make some money from my blog i like to buy a mobile from these cash ,for that i am trying like this my lot is good but now a days they pay less
