Has anyone ever seen a lost episode?

Some Doctor Who episodes from the 60s were destroyed by the BBC in the 70's. Copies turned up of some of them from other countries that had transmitted them, but there are still 108 missing. 108!!! My question is, has anyone ever seen any being sold anywhere, or remember seeing them when they were originally broadcast? Nick
