Just post as much and as often as you can, and try not to just post simple one line responses posts on things that are of interest to you and you will be able to give out a longer and more thought out response, getting active referrals is another way to boost your earnings, i posted on discussion on how to gain active referrals if you want to check it out, but just have fun and post post post = )

you cant see your earnings now.You can see then after 24 hours.Till then make as many post you can make but keep it in mind that they should be of quality because they will help you in increasing your earning and will give you rating.

well.. its easy... just post some thing intresting taht u like... and provide a good response.. a good response of course is not a single line response.. and refer some friends or family of urs.. that will make u earn more..
