Is a schedule for eating needed ??...breakfast,lunch,dinner???

Cant we eat when we feel ????

yes a proper schedule is needed for eating as this keeps our stomach fit.It gives it time to rest as well as they give proper time to get the food digested.If we start eating the way we want to and the times we want to...it creates problems for our stomachs and it is not able to digest the food properly.and when stomach is not fit then whole body also doesnt keep fit.and if body is not fit then brain malfunctions too are possible.It does not create much problems at the starting stage of life but do create a lot of problems at the ages of 40-50.so we must keep proper eating habits as well as have fixed times to eat.once in a while change is not bad for health.

Unless you're in the military or in prison, you can pretty much eat whenever you want. If you have kids, you need to make sure they eat regularly or they'll act up because they're hungry.

I eat when I`m hungry myself. Otherwise I feel like I`m force feeding myself. That oly upsets my stomache and I lose my appetite. So I feel there is no need for one.

Sure, but it's also a good idea to make sure your meals are spaced apart. You don't want to eat breakfast, then eat lunch an hour later.

yes you can really if you feel like, i eat when i want to, i don't eat at normal food hours! :O)

I have only ever eaten when I feel hungry, Until I had my children, now I eat at meal times, but I only eat what I want, I don't clear my plate because I feel I have to. Some people claim the best diet is to eat what you want when you want as, if you are able to understand what your body is telling you, you should be able to eat the right things to have a healthy diet and keep at a healthy weight. Most paople don't manage this though as they are not in tune with what their body is telling them.
