well if you mean on here, then just be an active member of the community and post and reply with a high level of quality and people will begin to notice you. but if you mean in general, then just try to be yourself and you will atract people who are like you and therefore perfect friends :)

I think if you are honest ( without hurting anyone's feelings ) be caring and listen to people when they talk to you , be able to keep secrets and just have time for your friends then they will stay with you xx

I feel friends are not a thing to make they become themselves, when you share same values, you like something about a person and there is chemistry between the two persons they automatically become good friends.
