Chacha Invites and LAZINESS

Over two weeks ago I posted a discussion about the chacha invites that I had and I also posted a list of questions. I asked that if people wanted an invite to PLEASE answer the questions and make sure that they are willing to do the work. I received the answer back from one mylot member, and she assured me in the questionnaire that she would be willing to work at least 10 hours a week. After she went through the process of answering the questionnaire I sent her the invite. She has not even done ONE search at all. I e-mailed here at Mylot and got NO response, but I see that she has logged on several times since I have sent the e-mail. Do these people not realize that they are in our network and not only are we not earning commissions we could from another invite, but it makes us look EXTREMELY bad when our invites don't work. It is just unbelievable that someone would take the time out to answer the questions, noting that they would be open to e-mails about training, and then not do a thing. This really is more of a vent, but does anyone know if these lazy chacha workers can be deleted? I know that my invite is gone forever on this person.

That is pretty rude. I joined there a couple of days ago and I am already a master so I hope I am making my sponser proud :) I have been a little disappointed at the lack of searches I am getting, but I just keep trying to work on new keywords. I figure sooner or later I will hit upon a good one.

I'm just a pro...I try to log on whenever I can, though. I'm glad you are conscientious about ChaCha!

I've found that most sponsors are really understanding. Almost all of us has had chacha application issues. I know I have had to reinstall mine at least five times. I think that's great that you let your sponsor know! It's considerate and lets people know that you are trying :-). Good Luck Chacha!

Some people, sadly, are hypocrites; they say they want to make money online and are willing to put in the time, learn the interface, and do what it takes to work, and then they sit back and don't even try.
What that member did, frankly, is inexcusable. She should never have accepted the invite. ChaCha sends out so few invites per member as it is, and I assume that the results of the invites reflect on the the inviter/sponsor's reliability for the company.
Fellow myLotters, if anyone from ChaCha offers you an invite, please take it seriously. It's not a game; it's a job, with real money and real responsibilities at stake. This is a serious company that is trying to earn a serious reputation, make a profit, and yet help people earn some extra cash from home. If you want to work, accept the invite. If not, don't accept it.
