Real Madrid are playinng 'pathetic' foot ball. Why so?

I think the real problem of Real Madrid is that they don't have a Team, they have a lot of good players but they don't play for the club, they play for himself. That's the problem of teams made of stars, they always trying to do what is the better for they, not for the club.
