Do you think Smoking should be banned fundementaly?

And what damage are people doing to other's when they where perfume,cologne? What other thing's in this world are harmful to your health and others should those things be banned to? I think that right now smoking is banned in Restaurants, and public places why keep on with this issue. Alchol is harmful to your health as well, DUI kill's to why not ban that?

I always have thought that smoking should be banned but unfortunately the governments arent going to banned it because the smoking brings to them much money each year, have a nice day on mylot and happy earnings also.
