if so what do u do to prevent yourself from putting up with him?

There will always be an annoying person in life whether its work, school etc. The secret is to learn how to get along and make sure the person does not get to you. Unfortunately the world is full of people that we will not get along with but we need to adapt to each other to live in harmony
