child labour at its extreme!!

today i saw a child working in miserable conditions....it was a ramshackle,he works there and i found no adult worker there...i talked to the owner about this...he said "these children have no family and i am takin care of them".what these children work for is two meals and used clothes of owner's children.i asked myself...what kind of care he is taking of 'em...what do you think??
